She won me over and I moved in September 27th 2023. Love my apartment, how they keep the hallways clean, gated, staff is great, key fob access, amenities are nice.

July 22, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comMy family and I love living at the Linq at North Springs. The only reason we rated the property four stars instead of five is the dirty hallway carpet. It either needs to be cleaned or replaced and it’s especially embarrassing when we have guest visit.Property Manager Responded

Sensors and parking gate rarely work. The leasing office also does not enforce valet trash rules, so trash is in the hallways daily.
