The move in process was simple. Great staff, easy to to communicate with. If anything needs to be fixed they are very prompt at fixing it. Love the gated community, play ground areas for kids, even for the the fur babies. Clean environment, they keep up with the yard maintenance to make it feel like a home. If you're looking for an apartment Lions court would be a great place, especially for family oriented, and animal friendly. The rent is acceptable price.

I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s one of the best renting experiences I’ve ever had. The rent is reasonable, the community is quiet, and the management and staff have been great. They’re quick to address any issues that come up and fix things when needed.

My little family and I have been tenants of Lion's Court for about 3 years now and it has been a wonderful place to call home! We recently moved into one of the newly renovated units and we absolutely love it! All the new stainless steel appliances, tile wood look floors, and so many other great features. The property is always kept clean, quiet and well maintained!!

I've lived here for over a year now and I have to say from the manager to office staff the young lady up front ( Jessica) she's so friendly and very helpful They are so kind and helpful I recently had surgery and they have allowed my daughter to stay and help me and she's very knowledgeable, and the maintenance of what I could say about them,except they are awesome anytime you call they are right there they do not keep you waiting and I believe the lead maintenance I think his name is Steven ...
could be wrong about that name but the point is he goes above and beyond they all do, so if your looking for a new home I'd say look no further.THEY ARE AWESOME ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!

The Staff is always kind and professional when I call to the office, The Apartments themselves are very Nice...Outside is always clean, The maintenance Rock Tho if I have an issue with anything needing to be repaired they Are on it the next day... I have been here going on 6 years and Anytime I call they get right to the problem, it mostly normal wear an tear... They let us know if they are doing anything as far as repair that is out of our control . That totally make a difference for us all

I live in the very back which has a woods area, that I really enjoy. I love the wood floors. The girls are very helpful in the office. I enjoy being able to walk my dog around the complex and like the fact it's gated.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly office peopless, price is not bad or expensive, 24hours maintenance guys are amazing and come quickly. I don’t suggest going anywhere else very amazing place to live very amazing boss and very flexible and just simply amazing I love it here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My husband and I just moved into the apartments early January and we are LOVING IT! They work with you and the ladies are so kind. Maintenance is always in time. I especially love that it is a gated community safer for the children. And I love the people who love around us!
