To the person that said "best maintenance team in Indiana", you're insane lol. I moved in 2 months ago and have submitted multiple requests just for 1 to actually be completed, and that was my AC. I was basically moved into a unfinished apt. The craziest part is that SECURITY came to me a month in, to warn me about my neighbor... I asked to relocate and they ghosted me. Now I'm trapped in a lease.
My toilet isn't fully secure to the floor.
Cabinets have damage and are beaten up.

They refused to come with me to the apt when I went to the office. I've contacted the office multiple times and they never respond, or redirect you.

My highest praise has to go, not only to the wonderful ladies at the leasing office who are always friendly and helpful, but also to the best Maintenance team in Indiana. Drew is a genius and always knows how to fix whatever problem comes along. Thank you yet again, Drew, for fixing our kitchen faucet and all the extra things that you notice and fix ...
before we even have to submit a request for them. This is truly excellent Customer Service. This is why we plan to stay here for many more years. You can't beat the location and with staff like this, I just have nothing but good things to say. Do yourself a favor and come check out LIONS CREEK. Well, I would give u 5 stars, but since the renovations, the few things really made me mad.
First, they took out the garbage disposal, and put in this monstrosity sink! U can take a bath. They use the old faucets!
2nd, they took the fan out, and put it out in the hall. When winter comes, it's cold enough, let alone the fan makes it colder. No sense.
3d, all these LED lights.
I've been here for 8 yrs. I do like it here, as it's close to work, and mostly quiet.
The maintenance is great. They ...
come in a timely manner. The staff r friendly.
Some of the charges though, r crazy. As far as the trash valet, u should give us a choice if we want it or not. Being charged if u don't use it is wrong.

I do not understand how people have had bad experiences. The leasing office was prompt and extremely efficient. They were nothing but nice and accomadated all of my needs. I moved in on time and was extremely happy. I had a couple issues with the apartment that were resolved very quickly. I feel like people forget that we are all human and nothing will be 100% perfect; however, this team will make things right if you bring it up. Just give them the time to make it right.

It's been so much I will stick to the latest experience. Waited over 2 months for a dysfunctional toilet to be replaced. Dysfunctional means I had to use a plunger to help the toilet flush. After being dishonest and not apologizing or admitting they never ordered a toilet. I finally got the toilet installed on 2-17-25. On this same day I had to make another maintenance request because the toilet was installed poorly. When you sit on the toilet it will lean forward and fall backward when you get ...
up. Toilet is not attached to the floor correctly. One would think if you failed to do the job professionally on the first try, you would at least return and correct what was done poorly. It's now 2-25-25 and still no repair.

I currently live here, and have lived here for the past year or so. What sold us to this apartment was that it was reasonably priced, cozy, and out of the way. The property has since been sold to another company, who seems to think "updating" the property warrants a $400 increase. They took down the outdoor basketball court, took down the nice tall fences and replaced them with short fences. The paint jobs across the property, from the clubhouse to the front doors of our homes, look spotty at ...

The new signage looks gaudy, the new lights and other interior updates remind me of a office or hospital building, and not to mention the horrible rocks they covered the flower beds in (it used to be gorgeous mulch). The water pressure is mid at best, the buildings are horribly insulated, and whatever plans they have for plowing and salting when we get bad weather is non existent. Don't break your wallet over this place, it's not worth it.

I like the changes that are coming! We received new appliances and everytime we need a fix, they make sure to get it done. The staff are friendly and make sure the property is a safe place to live for me and my family. 4.5/5, as the rent prices are the lowest in Hamilton County for the most space.
