Amazing staff
November 29, 2023Been a resident here at Lirio for almost half a year and it has been nothing but the best. The apartments inside are very luxurious and the outside scenery is beautiful. The maintenance workers are always on site and helping out residents. This leasing staff has been the best and most friendly that I have come across. LOVE Lirio at Rafina
November 29, 2023Our experience in Lirio has been amazing so much so that we also brought my mom to live here, we had to move out cause we bought a new home, but our plan was to stay here longer, loved the staff how sweet and helpful they are: Melissa, Emily and Hailey you guys are truly amazing! November 26, 2023We have lived here for 2 years, and new management has come in in the past year and are doing their best to engage the community, make updates and upgrades to the property and are willing to go above and beyond to help residents resolve problems and find solutions. More specifically, we had an issue and were being over charged on our water bill. Emily went above and beyond and emailed the company for at least a month to get everything resolved. November 16, 2023I wish I can live here forever!!! Emily and Melissa they are super awesome Ladies, great personality, sweet, helpful and good positive vibes and I can continue for days! First time I meet with Haley her energy was good which that says alot. The maintenance team is #1 respectful, courteous and straight on the job. I have lived in Lirio since December 2022 and just transfer into a bigger apartment recently and Thanks to these Ladies for the unconditional help while completing my transfer. Lirio has ...soo many great amenities to their tenants ex: resort look alike pool, bikes for use for free for the tenants, 24 hour full equipped gym and much more. It’s just feels great to live at Lirio its worth paying the amount you pay to live at peace and with all these great people and all that Lirio provides especially coming from NYC!!!!!! Poor Communication
August 14, 2021The community is beautiful, but I have not been able to speak with anyone over the phone or through social media. I have been attempting since June 14th. I see that messages are being opened and read, but no response and no returned calls after leaving multiple voicemails.Property Manager Responded
