Be very wary check you lease
February 23, 2026You can’t have a bbq. Your trash can must be stored in your garage. People run businesses out of their garages and take up all the parking spots. Some streets are considered private so if they take up parking or park wrong they won’t be towed. Work trucks are allowed to hang out in the street because they don’t fit in the driveway..Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2025We really like it here. The only thing that is bad is the parking. You have people that have cars that are broke down in their garages and so they have to part outside plus use the guest parking. Really frustrating to the ones that can park in the garage and have guests coming over. They have to park down the road and walk forever. They really need to get these issues figured out.
