BROWN RECLUSE NIGHTMARE
July 18, 2024Living here was a nightmare for my family. We started finding brown recluses on day 2 then it only got worse from there. It was a nightmare, finding full size brown recluses in the bathtub, going to the bathroom and seeing them crawling on the ceiling right above us, sweeping and having huge ones running out from under the cabinets right by our bare feet, and in our beds. 54 total in ONLY TWO MONTHS along with several egg sacs found. For those who do not know, brown recluse bites contain necrotic ...venom and can rot your flesh, sometimes requiring skin grafts and other medical treatments. THESE ARE NOT A HARMLESS SPIDER especially with small children involvedProperty Manager Responded

We love our home!
February 11, 2020Love our apartment home and location. Maintenance is always on it and the office staff is great. If we need anything they always go above and beyond. Mary Kaye my opinion
October 22, 2019We move here in 2016 & still here because of its location and close to everything & walking distance to some places and also under new management & staff which is better then the ones we move into with. Back then when there was a problem with the apartment things didn't get fixed right away. We had a major leak back when we first move in and nothing wasn't getting done , so one of the staff ( Malissa )took it upon herself and got things done and now she is the manager and has all new staff and ...they all are very pleasant .People write bad reviews of things, but it was under a different management then and now a lot has change for the better. So give this place a chance ,don't always go by negative reviews. You won't be disappointed. They have a very lovely staff that will work with you and that is why I am still here.Property Manager Responded
