August 12, 2021The HVAC is so loud you need the television volume on 60 to hear anything. Poor insulation makes the AC come on and off every ten minutes if not less. Advised by maintenance they can't do anything about it cause the place is so old. Alot of empty apartments. The trees mentioned in previous reviews have been removed.Review from Apartments.com
Running down. Home is what you make it.
May 26, 2017Good first apartment. Lovely foliage if you can get placed on the side with tree in the yard. Schotty laundry area. These apartments are actually called Roberta Jean Apartments. Over the last 10 years, these apartment have really gone downhill. Despite keeping my doors and windows closed during the summer (central air!) my cat still got fleas. They came in through the cracks along the back screen door area. These apartments door have front screen doors, as opposed to Littlestown Villas ...which have solid front doors lonely and no option to keep your door open during nice weather. During a winter storm, prepare to stay home a few days as the town doesn't come to plow these apts out a good two to three days after the storm- so you're on your own there. This town doesn't have a lot of class and these apartments reflect that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
