I lived at Liv Northgate for 3 years. It was the best place I have lived in my 10 years renting. The community is wholesome, the maintenance team is great and quick, and everyone is SO kind. They remember who you are fairly early on. I was sad to leave but another chapter was opening for me. I have referred many people there and they all love it, some are still living there. I will continue to recommend Liv Northgate to all and to YOU as well!! The best property manager and staff hands down. ...

Positive: Maintenance is VERY quick to respond and handle requests quickly. Neighbors are nice, Area is Quiet and Apartments are spacious and PERFECT for single occupancy. (I live alone so I can only speak to the one bedroom experience) The layout is very spacious and modern. I particularly love the bathroom and closet sizes. The property is nice, amenities are decent when in service. Maintainance is very quick to respond. The sights are beautiful, but the sounds and the smells... Not so much. If you are not on the top floor, you will hear EVERY footstep from above. We are so fortunate to have found such a great apartment complex when we moved from Missouri! The office used to not have great staff but WOW has that changed! Katie the property manager has completely turned it around! She truly cares about her residents! We are so sad to leave but my husband is getting transferred. Liv Northgate is a excellent place to live. It has great amenities, high tech features and all you could want in a community. The staff is professional and attentive, the facilities are always neat and clean and the location is great. I would recommend this location to anyone, in fact I have on several occasions. Moving into this complex is one of the best decisions I've made in recent years.
