Everything but issues here

The property and units themselves are nice but ever since moving here it’s been nothing but issues and inconveniences. Since it’s still being built and construction is still active it’s very loud and obnoxious all day. Our unit has had multiple electrical issues. Our Internet fiber line has been ripped and cut multiple times interfering my work from home and costing me money and almost my job. I have to go to the library to do my work multiple times. But we still have to pay for the whole month ...
of internet. When we moved in the yard wasn’t even landscaped or had any rock in it as well. Nothing has been done for us for the inconveniences. Our irrigation drip line has been ripped out of the ground and just left there. Be very careful with what unit you choose. And hopefully it’s in the completed area of units. Most of these units are “completed and ready to move in” are not at all. They should be waiting to let residents move in until the whole area is done. It’s been a total headache so far. I understand it’s new construction things will be wrong but this experience has been insane. The noise is the worst part.
