      The maintenance guys there take such good care of the residents. They took the time to explain to my dad how to use the new thermostat (he is tech challenged) and did not leave til he understood. They even took the time to help him enter a maintenance issue on the resident app. Thanks!!

    • Marijuana smell

      I recently moved into an apartment complex and was extremely disappointed to find that some of my neighbors frequently smoke marijuana inside their units. As a non-smoker, the strong odor of marijuana permeating the halls and entering my own apartment is extremely unpleasant and makes it difficult for me to feel comfortable in my own home. Not only is the smell disruptive, but it also raises health concerns. Secondhand smoke from marijuana can contain harmful chemicals and can be particularly ...
      problematic for individuals with respiratory conditions. I am worried about the long-term health effects of being exposed to this smoke on a regular basis. I have brought this issue to the attention of the apartment management, but so far, no action has been taken to address it. I understand that marijuana may be legal in some states, but that does not give residents the right to smoke inside their units and negatively impact the health and comfort of their neighbors. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values clean air and a smoke-free environment. It is unacceptable for management to turn a blind eye to this issue and fail to address the concerns of their tenants. Until this issue is resolved, I will be forced to endure the unpleasant smell and health risks associated with secondhand marijuana smoke.

      This place was a NIGHTMARE! Jamie and her staff were extremely rude and unprofessional! The units are old and things break one after the other. The a/c hardly ever worked well, and the pool was never open. .

      The apartments do not get below 85°F in the summer. Work orders were placed, but they said there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning. The pool didn't work all summer, so there was absolutely no way to cool down. Unlivable conditions accompanied by a staff that does not care for the lives of their residents. Do NOT live here.

      13 month lease, they lost my electric account number 2 times and lost my information for my renters insurance. Every week during the summer I was calling for a repair of my air conditioner. Had to have 1 emergency repair, called the emergency line and left a message. I never received a call back, nor did anyone else show up.       I just moved in and I want to say I love my new apartment. I looked at 10 apartment complexes and I say the office staff sold it for me and their great pool. I love to swim and it is 8ft deep. There is no gym right now but it is getting renovated. I think this place is well worth it.

    • Started upgrades and is now raising rent.

      I have lived here for 1 and half years and they have changed management at least twice. They have raised rent and now have tenants pay for water and garbage. They have begun to raise rent again to those who went to renew lease and most of those tenants have decided to leave. I recently had a "routine maintenance inspection" and they didn't tell me anything about what was noted in the inspection. I have a garbage disposal that is rusted through the bottom and doors that do not close all the way or ...
      have fallen apart. I know if I renew my lease they will just raise rent and not do any upgrades to my apartment and do not see the value in that. I will be looking to find another apartment when my lease ends in January 2016.

      These apartments are not as fancy as some. But they are reasonably good for apartments of this price range in the DFW area. The staff is helpful if not the friendliest managers. The maintenance staff is typical of apartments although they did recently work hard to get our air conditioner repaired and working in this hot summer. There is two swimming pools that are kept clean and they are working on upgrades to the gym and laundry rooms. Parking is good to better than most other properties. They ...
