My experience living here has been disappointing. The biggest issue has been communication. I have had difficulty getting clear and timely responses regarding questions about my account and charges, even after providing documentation supporting my concerns. This has made the rental experience unnecessarily stressful.

The community itself could also use more attention. I regularly see dog waste throughout the property, and several of the shared amenities appear worn down and in need of updating. There are also resident concerns regarding security, which have made me more conscious of safety while living here.
Overall, I expected better communication, accountability, and upkeep for the amount residents pay. I would encourage prospective renters to visit the property in person, speak with current residents, and carefully review what is included in their lease and monthly charges before signing.
I hope management takes resident feedback seriously and works toward improving the overall living experience.
