Great Community and Residential Experience!
June 21, 2025The wife and I were moving from the Tempe/Ahwatukee area to Avondale to be closer to the family and work. The search was decided with Livano Avondale, so we decided to tour in July 2024. Hindsight, we were very pleased with Lexis and the touring of the property as we explained our need for a 3-bedroom to give us two additional rooms for office space. We finalized our move-in date for October 2024 on our beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath apartment facing the pool. Subsequently, the entire staff: Lexis, ...Melissa, Management, and the Maintenance crew, Ivan, Mario, and Peyton, have all been super attentive to our needs. Amazing management and place to live
June 17, 2025We started working with Lexis 2/2024 and ever since then she has been AMAZING, thanks to her our decision to make this our home was super easy. I’m also thankful for Melissa because she is so kind, always has a big smile on her face and is always ready to help. The whole team has made living here a great experience for the past year that renewing our lease was an easy decision as well. Best Apartment Management Around
June 7, 2025Working with Melissa and Lexis for the past year has been amazing. From day 1, when we found Livano Avondale online, from out of state, Melissa has made our move and experience so simple and non- intimidating! The whole staff at Livano Avondale is so kind and helpful! More recently we opted to transfer from a one bedroom to a two, with the assistance of both Melissa and Lexis, the transfer process has been seamless. Super clean property and an AMAZING staff!
June 6, 2025I am SO glad I pushed through my long apartment search to finally arrive at Livano! The property is super clean and staff were so inviting! Melissa was my Leasing Agent and she was AMAZING. She talked me through all my options and didn’t pressure me into anything, and asked really good questions to make sure I was making a decision I would be happy with. Then the manager Lexi made the application and credit process super simple to digest and explained all the fees and broke it all down so there ...wouldn’t be any surprises (which I hate that a lot of other communities do!) I had a little hiccup on my credit that they were able to overcome and was proactive with helping me know what my options were to gain approval. The maintenance staff is super attentive in keeping common ways and take pride in responding to maintenance requests in a quick manner! They work well with the office staff and that’s all you could ever hope for as a resident to avoid any disconnect and sour the resident experience, as it commonly occurs in my time renting on other places. Beautiful grounds, stunning service
May 29, 2025Granted I've only toured the place, I haven't actually moved in (yet-- fingers crossed!), it was truly one of the best tours I've ever been on. The property is gorgeous and Melissa, the lovely young woman who guided my tour, was beyond wonderful. So kind and helpful, answered all of my questions and a few I didn't even think to ask. Lexi at the front desk, who greeted and chatted with us, was also just lovely to talk to. March 13, 2025Lexi helped us with the move in process. We had stopped at Livano first and fell in love with the unit layout. It was a 2 bed 2 bath with 2 masters. We left and went to 5 other apartment complexes. Every single one we went to, we were chasing the same layout. We have lived here for almost a month and have had a great experience. The little issues we had on move in were fixed same day or day after. Responsive every time you need to get in contact with them. A Wonderful Oasis in the Desert
