March 3, 2026I moved here thinking this was a luxury apartment complex- but my experience has been terrible here. Raw sewage entered my bathtub several times without resolve or care. This complex needs to be investigated! A lot of strange activity!Property Manager Responded

Our team has responded to each service request related to this issue promptly. In addition to our on-site maintenance team addressing the concern multiple times, we also engaged licensed professional plumbers to inspect and evaluate the plumbing system to ensure there were no underlying system issues. During these visits, it was determined that non-flushable items, specifically wipes, were being introduced into the plumbing, which can cause blockages and backups even when labeled as “flushable.” To help prevent further issues, we have provided guidance on proper disposal methods and continue to monitor the situation closely. The building’s plumbing infrastructure has been inspected and confirmed to be functioning as designed. NOT SAFE
August 11, 2025Gates that need resident access are ALWAYS open. Buildings do not have a scanner on it either. Anyone can come and go as they please not only in the complex but also in buildings. The only thing that is stopping you from a stranger is a singular deadbolt.Property Manager Responded

Horrible and unsafe
August 12, 2025Please be warned this is not a good complex to live in. As of last night there have now been two shootings, a car stolen, fights in the parking lot, mold issues, tons of water damage and the list goes on. Communication is almost non existent here between management and residents. Safety is seemingly the lowest priority… gates are left open so anyone and their mother can waltz in, fire off a few rounds as they please, and waltz right back out. This place is advertised and charged as a “luxury” ...apartment. Absolutely the most unsafe, unprofessional, and unkept complex I’ve ever lived in. Not to mention the subcontractors + construction team constantly making mistakes on the property, screaming profanities across the property at each other, dumping their chicken bones from lunch, bottle caps, soda cans or whatever they see fit all over the ground. We were misled moving in here while I was pregnant and what a horrible horrible decision bringing a child into a place like this. Lastly, without disclosing this to residents they also decided to rent out units to college students. So we have people blasting music and yelling until 2 am on work nights. People jumping onto other residents balconies rearranging the furniture. Management shows absolutely no concern for any of this behavior. 0/10 experience. Steer clearProperty Manager Responded
