Love my apartment -Love the staff!

I moved from another apartment in DFW that was nice, but the service wasn’t great. When I toured Livano Prosper, I learned they had an entirely new staff, and I hoped my experience living here would be as great as my experience meeting the staff.
Jonathan, in particular, is one of the kindest, most caring, and hardest-working people I have ever met—period! And that’s saying a lot, because I’ve worked in customer service for 30 years.
He goes above and beyond to make every person feel seen and ...
heard. He is incredibly responsive, whether you have a question or need something, and he always follows through to make sure you’re taken care of. Most importantly, you can tell that he genuinely cares about the residents here. That kind of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate it.
I’m so grateful for Jonathan. He has made my move and my experience here so enjoyable, and his kindness and dedication truly stand out.
I also want to give a shout-out to the new manager, Loye. I’ve been here since June, and Loye has been incredible. He is always available, very kind, and purposeful in what he does. I’m a big believer that water runs downhill, and I can tell that Loye genuinely enjoys what he does. With a community this large, I’m sure there is a tremendous amount of demand on his time, but he has consistently made me feel like I—and the other residents—matter to him.
I also love that, together with the regional manager, he has assembled such a great staff in all areas. Our maintenance team is wonderful, and Michael in particular is a pleasure. He was making his rounds one day, noticed a minor issue I hadn’t even mentioned, and took care of it without me having to ask. Those little things say a lot.
I’ve also enjoyed meeting other residents and have found the community to be very friendly and welcoming. If you’re considering Livano Prosper, I highly recommend it. I’ve been genuinely impressed with the people who work here and the way they treat their residents.
