LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our great location is close to shopping, schools, public transportation and major highways I-275 and I-75. The on-site management team makes this a great place to call home. We are a pet friendly community, but we do have breed restrictions. I went there and paid $150.00 dollars for a background check several months ago to date I have not recieved a denile letter with a reason for denial from them or a souce for the denile they simply kept my money and after several requests to them to provide a reason I am still left with no reason and no return of my money.I would love to see a copy of this so called background check.Look elsewhere and keep your money.

When I moved in back in 2020, the rent was reasonable for a studio, any and all issues in my unit were taken care of immediately, and there was no issues. Fast forward 2 years, the property manager is still absolutely amazing and helpful, the maintenance man works super hard to make sure everyone is taken care of, but the Owner of the property is more than less to be desired. They want to charge market value for a studio which is the size of a bedroom all while offering ZERO amenities, a laundry ...

room with 4 sets of washers/dryers that are constantly being repaired in a laundry room that's not even secured, and they charge ridiculous fees for everything! Want a porch? $150 a month. Need updated appliances? $100 more a month. 30 seconds late with rent? $105 fee. It's obvious the owners care more about lining their pockets than taking care of their tenants. Don’t even get me started on the roaches and termites! I refused to renew my lease and I suggest that anyone who can avoid this place, do so! The only reason I stuck around as long as I did was because of the property manager Yanci and the maintenance man Alberto. They have always remained absolutely incredible and helpful. I just couldn’t continue to support this management company.

Keep going don't stop these apartments are roach infested possum and racoons attacking residents The managers are money hungry so don't think your getting the deposit back the staff changes on the regular plus it's infested with drug heads so enter at your own risk if they say under new management that's a BIG LIE

Very filthy cockroach infested property do not come to this place you will regret it. The needs and complaints of tenants are always ignored. Rooms have a filthy depressing odor, cabinets are old and moldy. Stay away from this place.

I have enjoyed living at Live Oak. My stay here has been very pleasant and all the tenants are friendly. The management staff has always been very friendly and have assisted me with any request I have had. They also remember you, which makes it more personable to be here. The grounds are kept up and receive regular maintenance.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. It's isolated from major stores which is ideal for young children to grow up in but it's inconvenient when needing groceries and such. The additional services that come with the home such as the pool, fitness center, laundry access make it very nice to live at this wonderful place.
