March 4, 2021I suggest you take pictures before you move out and get a clear understanding of what conditions are prior or they will try to screw your over. Communication is also horrible. You have to call multiple times before someone even answers AFTER they said they would call you back. Rent also goes every year but are suppose to be affordable prices. You could get an regular apartment for the same price without all hassle.Review from Apartments.com

February 2, 2020I was a resident since original opening and My experience was absolutley horrendous with Tameka from management. Lies and NO communication whatsoever. She allows people to reside there who are not on the lease... I was forced to go to upper management due to a level 2 sex offender and felons residing there. Tameka was fully aware, I brought it to her attention with proof, and she did nothing until upper management got involved. Soon there after, half the complex has people living with them ...who ate not on lease. Background checks are done rendering an absolute false sense of security/ safety. Water bills are between $55 and $85! There's a grid from Midway water department that is supposed to be used bit the numbers have yet to match. Again, this has been brought to Tamekas attention numerous times by numerous people with no resolution- company still owes me money for over charging. This was my experience; I'd hate to see others have this experience too so I feel it necessary to write this review.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
