I have been living here for almost 2 full months now and I wish I had better words to say about this apartment complex. This is my second live in complex and I am just constantly let down I feel like, the move in process was anything but straightforward and easy. I had to come up to the office multiple times because I could not get a email or phone call back from this place after sending in an application. upon move in but what wasn’t specified is that it would be put into their website where you pay rent and you are not actually getting it back it will just subtract from future charges to your account which is okay, but when your told refunded you kind of think something else. And then the rental portal I have genuinely never had so much trouble with a “renter friendly” porter it is beyond confusing and it doesn’t need to be. For all the “amenities” that they offer they are 9/10 closed I have lived here two months and the pool and gym have been closed majority of that time and not to mention that things are not exactly kept up to par, their sky lounge which should be something nice is dirty they have an air hockey table that’s missing the puck and those are just some of the things that are like I’m paying for a “luxury” apartment complex and it just doesn’t feel that way. Even now when I need help from the office I usually have to go to them and if I do get an email back it’s a complete shock and I know that they have a lot going on all the time and I try to be understanding of such but it goes so far where it’s like okay am I being ignored on purpose? I would like to give this place a better rating and I wish I loved living here but since day one I have had issues. When I moved in they gave me the wrong key and I was locked out of my brand new apartment and had to pay a lock smith and the maintenance man said I would get a refund since it was not my fault and when I went down to the office I was told to email and that was almost two months ago. Never saw the refund. And me being locked out with the wrong key was never my fault but I had to pay for that. Honestly, unfortunately I can go on and on about things that just strike me the wrong way here and I think that you can spend your money better somewhere else. Who values their tenants and keeps up with upkeeps and actually provides user friendly tools.
