        It’s apartment living.. there’s going to be ups and downs to living in an apartment. Still love my choice in the apartment. Stilling on a balcony in the early morning and later in the evening is peaceful.

        Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beautiful bathrooms. Constantly dodging dog poo outside. Exterior windows are filthy and cannot be cleaned unless you have a balcony. Package room is chaotic. For a non-smoking building, hallways are always are full of smoke. Staff is personable. Community center is clean and peaceful.

        Had numerous issues since moving in. Problems and safety concerns are swept under the rug and not addressed in a timely manner. Currently my apartment is full of water and the emergency maintenance request we made hours ago has had nothing come of it. I routinely get blocked from using my car by my upstairs resident. I’m sick of it and want to move so badly but breaking the lease and paying to move isn’t an option money wise or time wise.

        Since I moved Everything was smooth really happy about getting this place. The staff are warm and friendly the place is vibrant comfortable quiet and peaceful it’s at the right place ??everything is just right haven’t check out all amenities yet but getting there I love it

        My experience so far has been great. The apartment is spacious and I love the layout. The master bedroom is huge, and the walk-in shower is great. The amenities are wonderful and you can’t ask for a better location! Love being so close to the beach and amazing shops and restaurants. Autumn, in the leasing office has made the move-in process go smoothly and she has been great to interact with.
