February 12, 2026Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beautiful bathrooms. Constantly dodging dog poo outside. Exterior windows are filthy and cannot be cleaned unless you have a balcony. Package room is chaotic. For a non-smoking building, hallways are always are full of smoke. Staff is personable. Community center is clean and peaceful.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2025Had numerous issues since moving in. Problems and safety concerns are swept under the rug and not addressed in a timely manner. Currently my apartment is full of water and the emergency maintenance request we made hours ago has had nothing come of it. I routinely get blocked from using my car by my upstairs resident. I’m sick of it and want to move so badly but breaking the lease and paying to move isn’t an option money wise or time wise.Property Manager Responded
