        A perfect place to live in Murrells Inlet. My husband is retired and there are things to do here on site, and in the surrounding area. The unit is spacious and the staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable of area and apartment living, and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to any questions we have. Is it perfect, no, no place is, but in my opinion this is about the closest we have experienced and planning on staying here for the foreseen future.

        The apartment and amenities are beautiful! There is a lot of dog poop always around the complex. I have a first floor patio and I walk through the grass to get into my apartment, I constantly have to make sure I’m not stepping in something!

        We have lived here for a bit over 2 years now and still believe we made the right choice. Management and staff have been very attentive to our needs. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the amenities are great. It REALLY is a resort like experience that we enjoy daily!

        I love living here. The amenities are wonderful, and the salt water resort pool is refreshing. The managers and Leasing agent are very nice and helpful. It is close location to everything I do and need.

        office is very helpful, amenities are very nice for example the pool grill set up and the gym. also love the sky lounge. coffee in the morning is always a treat

        The Lively has been such a blessing to my and my boys. We love living here. The community, amenities and maintenance have been wonderful. Everything is clean and organized. It is pet friendly and we love the outdoor space such as the pool, corn hole and ping pong tables!

        My girlfriend and I have lived here for two years and we still absolutely love it. The gym is fantastic, well kept, and offers a wide variety of equipment. Staff is friendly and always putting events on.

        It looks nice and is when all is working, but office staff and maintenance can be difficult sometimes. I always have to make sure to be home when maintenance has to do work otherwise theyll say they completed work when they havent. Any changes or updates are made aware last minute.

        Excited to spend another holiday at the Lively. The Lively has a beautiful resort like pool. Also, the Clubroom and Sky lounge are perfect for the activities that we enjoy. The Activity Coordinator has done a great job withe deco and food selection. I have met a lot of new friends since moving to the Lively.
