September 3, 2025My experience so far has been great. The apartment is spacious and I love the layout. The master bedroom is huge, and the walk-in shower is great. The amenities are wonderful and you can’t ask for a better location! Love being so close to the beach and amazing shops and restaurants. July 27, 2025I have seen some improvement in the property. I’m not sure what the change was but it appears there is a higher priority on building maintenance and cleanliness. However communication still continues to lack. It seems people have to first ask why something is the way it is before the entire building receives a response.Review from Apartments.com

July 15, 2025We moved in a little over a week ago and so far everything has been great with our apartment. It was super clean and looks like it has been freshly painted. Our screened in balcony is perfect! It looks exactly like the pictures on the website. They recently added new chairs around the pool so there is a lot of seating. We've used the pool daily as well as the gym. The only negative is the constant smell of weed in the hallways that comes into the apartment whenever we open the doors.Review from Apartments.com

July 14, 2025My husband and I have been here almost 2 years with our toddler and we love it. We love being able to walk to the beach and the neighborhood in general. My personal favorite amenity is the 24 hr gym. I love being able to workout anytime of the day.
