Some days are quiet and very few days it’s reminds you of what apartments are like. At the end of the day when I went apartment hunting I fell in love with these apartments. June 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comUsed to be great, but now we no longer have events. The cold brew is down, the swing next to the fire place is taken down, the fireplace didn’t work last winter, one of the cpus in the lobby has no keyboard, etc. I appreciate them putting new TVs in the cabanas but we still can’t use them. Besides the fact of amenities, the staff is incredibly lovely to deal with.Property Manager Responded

Exterior windows are filthy and cannot be cleaned unless you have a balcony. Package room is chaotic. For a non-smoking building, hallways are always are full of smoke. Staff is personable. Currently my apartment is full of water and the emergency maintenance request we made hours ago has had nothing come of it. I routinely get blocked from using my car by my upstairs resident. I’m sick of it and want to move so badly but breaking the lease and paying to move isn’t an option money wise or time wise.Property Manager Responded
