The worst apartment experience we’ve ever had.
We have been dealing with our downstairs neighbors smoking all year. We’ve documented every complaint and repeatedly reported the issue to the leasing office. Each time we’re told that they will be “taking action,” yet nothing changes because the problem continues.

every time our neighbors smoke, the smell fills our apartment. There have been multiple occasions where we’ve had to leave our home for hours just to avoid breathing in the smoke while hoping they’re finished by the time we return.
We specifically chose this complex because it was marketed as smoke-free, so it’s incredibly disappointing that we’ve been unable to enjoy or even comfortably relax in the apartment since we moved in. It’s frustrating to pay premium rent for a home that we can’t fully use because of an issue management has failed to resolve.
Unfortunately, the smoking problem isn’t the only downside. The appliances are cheap and frequently have issues, the walls are paper-thin, and the water often has a strong sulfur smell. Don’t let the nice-looking gym and resident lounge fool you, the amenities don’t make up for the poor living conditions and lack of effective management.
If you don’t mind constant cigarette smoke, flimsy appliances, paper-thin walls, and hearing everything your neighbors do, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
