April 17, 2025Everything here is great. I especially love all the space. It’s nice to have a kitchen/living room that I can move around in. The lighting also makes it easy for me to navigate the apartment. And the view overlooking the pool from my porch is exquisite. I think I’m going to like it here.??Property Manager Responded

A peaceful oasis
March 16, 2025I recently toured with Grant and these apartments are absolutely gorgeous! Grant did a fantastic job guiding me through the Local experience. The amenities are top notch, I can not wait to use the outdoor kitchen this summer, sunbath by the pool, or use the co-work pods. From the modern aesthetic of the apartments to the quick access to local downtown shopping, wineries, local farmers market. This is the perfect location for me.
