June 23, 2024I’ve been living at Island Club and I really enjoy it here. The grounds are well-kept, and the lake views are beautiful. The apartments are spacious with a good layout, making them very comfortable to live in. There are also great amenities like a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse that provide plenty of activities. The management team is solid. They’re friendly, responsive, and quick to handle any maintenance issues. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping ...centers, restaurants, and highways, which makes getting around easy. Beautiful view but apartments could be better for price
March 13, 2024Beautiful views and layout is nice. But for the price, I don’t think you get your money’s worth. Apartment is in bad shape- mold everywhere, shower peeling, cheap fixtures, cracks (lot of bugs and spiders), front door doesn’t properly seal, sinking floors, windows don’t stay open, dripping and leaking faucets, air conditioner was broken upon moving in. Maintenance is nice but very understaffed, requests take months. Trash is always overflowing into the street from the dumpster. Office is hit or ...miss.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not move here !
November 8, 2022This apartment is charging high prices for poor apartments. The apartments are in terrible condition with leaks and bad installed countertops bathroom sinks. There is mold in the tubs. There are many holes inside the apartment which bugs and spiders come through. The toilets are not attached to the floor. The leasing office will show you a model unit then, place you in a a different unit. Do not sign a lease before moving into unit. Please inspect unit before moving it !Review from Apartments.com

May 17, 2021I have been a resident at Island Club Apartments for 16 plus years and have enjoyed my experience living here. Living with the Green Space feel and the beautiful lake gives you the multi capabilities that are offered in very few apartment communities. Unique to Island Club Apartments is the wonderful 4th of July fireworks displayed from the Island in the center of the lake. It is always awesome. When I read the reviews about the office staff (the most consistent issue residents had) I was a little hesitant to proceed with the application, but I haven't had any issues with anyone thus far. If you love dogs, or dont mind a dog community, there are definitely some dogs worth looking at around the community. Luxurious apartments that check just about every box off on my list!
