        I have lived at Lock Vista for almost four years, and I love it here. The buildings are comfortable, well-maintained, old-school “good vibes” buildings. The grounds are park-like. The team that runs it are just good people. Human beings. My fellow tenants are laid-back pet-people. And the location is the best part of the best part of the city. Join us.

        Lock Vista was the first place I called home when I moved to Seattle 20 years ago. This year I found myself wanting to come back for that home feeling. The leasing office is awesome and Greg, the home fixer-upper, is super polite, kind, and patient. Can't say enough about this team in few words. On my first day moving in here I was kindly greeted by a neighbor and poof, that community feeling that I have been missing came back immediately. I wish I moved here before the pandemic, then maybe I ...

        Lock Vista is a great residence in a prime location in the Ballard Neighborhood. Located across the Street from the Locks and close to Golden Gardens, its a great spot especially for dog owners. It is also one of the only buildings with and outdoor pool!
