Be Aware: New Management and Ridiculous New Policies

Please be aware that although the website and community description here say they provide "modern living," the new management has decided to ban flushing toilet paper from now on. If you live here, they expect you to throw toilet paper with human waste on it in the trash instead of flushing it (which was not in the lease). If you wish to live like it's the 1800s and pay premium prices to live near dumpsters full of human waste, feel free to move in here. This decision also follows the same ...
manager deciding to no longer allow residents to enter the leasing office. This used to be a nice, quiet community that would be pleasant for anyone to live in, but the new management is not compassionate towards the residents and that shows in decisions such as those mentioned here. It's unbelievable that they would tell residents that flushing toilet paper is not allowed in this day and age. The community was built in 1999, not 1899. There is no reason why normal amounts of toilet paper should cause issues, and anyone from management saying otherwise needs to realize how absurd they sound.

We are set to move in 11/24. Molly has been the best leasing agent! Very patient, very helpful and so sweet! We visited the complex in June and we were impressed with how nice everything looks. The apt she showed us was very nice. We were concerned that our king size bed wouldn't fit but the master bedroom is so big that we're not worried about it fitting! This is the best value for your buck by far! Highly recommend!

The grounds are always kept up, and now the parking lots have been re-sealed. This apt complex looks brand new! My apartment is very sound-proof. Most people here are retired seniors, so it very safe.

Austin is getting more and more expensive, and there are 150 new people moving here everyday. Needless to say the rents here are high. This little apartment has a competative rent for the area. Staff is helpful and friendly. I have been here 5 years and love it.
