April 17, 2026Don’t move here unless… Don’t move here unless you’re okay with your neighbors being able to make as much noise as they want any day and time they want and nobody will do anything. The say they can’t do anything. The courtesy officer moved out because they wouldn’t/couldn't do anything. I’ve been complaining for 7 months. I’ve called the cops 4 times. Southwood says they can’t evict unless they don’t pay their rent. Forget calling the corporate office, I’ve called 3 times and left messages.
