November 15, 2022When I first found about lodge at lakeshore I had sent in an inquiry and jimmy responded immediately on his day off and sent me everything I needed to know and a virtual tour and we scheduled an in person tour. We met and I instantly knew this is where I wanted to be he was kind very personable and professional he walked me through out the whole process which made the move easier. I have been at lodge at lakeshore for over a month now and nothing has changed ever same great customer service any ...questions you have he will get them answered and any maintenance requests gets done with urgency jimmy and his team is the best and I recommend to all looking for an apartment home.Property Manager Responded

So far, so good.
August 14, 2022I've lived here for about a week now and I am happy with my experience so far. My first interaction with the property manager, Jimmy, were great. He immediately answered the phone when I called (unheard of for most landlords) and answers every email within an hour (usually minutes). The move-in process was easy: I filled out the paperwork and showed up the morning of and he handed me the keys. Jimmy also provided a gift bag of garlic bread and spaghetti for your first night's meal, which was so ...wholesome and thoughtful. Walmart and target are a 5 minute drive one way and there's a food lion and dollar store 8 minutes the other way. The property itself is in really good shape. Good landscaping. People pick up after their dogs. The few tenants I've interacted with have been polite to me. It's right next to a highway so there's nothing can be done about the traffic noise, but it's otherwise pretty quiet here. My apartment is nice and had been thoroughly cleaned before I moved in--Jimmy also put in one of those glade plug-in air freshener things. I've seen a few small house spiders inside my apartment, but I leave them alone since they eat other bugs. More importantly though, I've seen zero roaches or ants inside. From my experience so far I would highly recommend calling or emailing Jimmy if you're looking to move to Greensboro.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2022The Lodge at Lakeshore has been great so far. It is a small community, and everyone has been friendly so far. But what sets it apart from other places is the property manager, Jimmy. He is very communicative, is easy to get in touch with, and is quick to respond to emails. Great place
July 7, 2022The Lodge at Lakeshore is a really nice place. With the lake and all the beautiful trees, you’d never know it was in a city, but it’s very close to everything you’d need. There are a lot of beautiful birds around, and the lake even has a swan. The neighbors are quiet, a lot of young professionals and nice families. Jimmy in the office is good guy; he always remembers your name and puts together little treat bags for us. Dragan, the maintenance guy, is very fast and knowledgeable. Hidden gem in Greensboro!
July 1, 2022The Lodge at Lakeshore is not like the other boring cookie cutter apartment complexes popping up these days. It has charming campground feel where the main office building is literally a log house. The nature path is gorgeous, especially at dusk/sunset. The property manager, Jimmy, is very responsive and comes up with thoughtful goodies throughout the year. And maintenance requests are handled extremely fast. It may not have a pool, but the super nice Greensboro Aquatic Center is a 12 min drive ...down the road. SO many shops/restaurants are super near and convenient like CAVA, Chipotle, Chick-fil-a, Target, Walmart, Red Lobster etc. We’ve been here many years and have had a great experience!Property Manager Responded

Not An Apartment, A Home. Not Just Neighbors, Family
June 22, 2022I'm a current resident. I've lived here over four years. It was the best move I made since I moved to Greensboro. I enjoy the views and my unit is spacious and comfortable. The staff here is top notch. I'm spoiled by how quickly and how well maintenance responds to my requests. Management's door has always Always ALWAYS been open to me. They are never too busy to empathetically address any concern I may have, major or minor. The environment welcomes you in a way that makes you want to be a better ...neighbor to those around you. Jimmy is Outstanding!
April 14, 2022Our daugher is relocating to Greensboro and needs a place to stay as she continues her education at UNCG. I had phone conversations with Jimmy, and he was so helpful. My wife and I drove 3 hours to Greensboro and made an unannounced visit. Jimmy took the time to give us all the details about their property. His personality and kindness sold us! Although the final decision is our daughters'. If I had to relocate to Greensboro with my wife, I would choose The Lodge at Lakeshore without any ...questions. Kudos to the owners of the property. Best place to live!!!
January 20, 2022This property is beautiful, but even better the management staff is great. The property manager Jimmy was great. I moved in from out of state, and he made sure that my move went smooth and comfortable. Even the maintenance person Dragan is great. He responded to my maintenance call the same day. And the property and location is perfect. It's nice and quiet. I've been here for 2 months now, and I love it. If your looking for a new home in greensboro area, this is perfect!!!!Property Manager Responded
