March 13, 2026I still enjoy living here! It's been nearly 5 years, though I won't be renewing again as I'd like to have a change of scenery to downtown Raleigh. The Lodge at Southpoint has served me very well, and I love having walking distance access to services, shops, and etc. I shall certainly miss some of this to be sure. Though the location I'm moving to downtown will certainly have a more lively feeling, and I think it's time to experience something new! I would still recommend living here, though a car ...wash stall/bay would be amazing to have, and there's some pathing improvements I think that could be made to reach the tobacco trail from the apartment property.Property Manager Responded
