Maintenance support when needed is very easy to initiate and the workers are very professional. Never had an issue with them. Would love better pool hours as it was closed for over almost a year to be renovated and when opened only during the week, during office hours.

It is a nice area to live in, but it would be nice to enjoy the pool on the weekends. Maintenance is great; they are always there to help. Other services, like trash and landscaping, are slacking off.

Living here started off great but has since become very disappointing. Rent keeps being raised but our amenities and services that we pay for each month are not up to par. We pay for valet trash pickup, yet trash constantly piles up as it is not collected as scheduled. Our pool was closed for a year and a half, yet we still paid our "Green Fee" for amenities each month. Speaking of the pool, the lounge chairs and pool furniture are slowly falling apart, the new gates were installed but still not ...
yet properly secured so anyone in town can come use the pool (which they do), the fire pit hasn't worked in over two years, and the grills working are usually hit or miss. The office staff are OK however the property manager and assistant manager act like they are above the residents which is super off-putting. I will say that the maintenance team here is top notch but other than that I've about had it with Lofton Place.

I’ve been living here for a while now and honestly, it’s been a good experience overall, which is why I decided to renew my lease. It’s a safe, comfortable place to live and I’ve always felt at ease here. The staff is pretty helpful and maintenance has been solid whenever I needed anything. The area stays clean, it’s usually quiet, and the neighbors are respectful, which makes a big difference. All in all, it’s been a smooth living experience and I feel good about staying here longer

Overall the place is very nice, from our tour to actually getting the apartment was very smooth. We had Maria who was very sweet and patient. Pet friendly for sure, everyone kind of keeps to themselves but also keeps the area clean!

Overall, Lofton Place is a good place to call home. Maintenance is excellent and the property and surrounding neighborhood feels safe. I just wish our amenities were in consistent working order, such as the pool area. It seems like things are on the up and up now so I’m hopeful things improve in that area. Otherwise than that this is a solid community with a solid management team.

Our apartment is very quiet and the neighbors are kind. The transportation is convenient and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The employees of the apartment management office also worked hard to fulfill their duties, so civil complaints are quickly processed and clean. I love our apartment.

Horrible Experience So Far

I have had a plethora of issues (all fixable) with clear and effective communication and basic customer service. This isn't the worst apartment I've lived in, but far from the best. The issues I've experienced: 1. Roaches 2. Dirty apartment at move in 3. Delayed move in which resulted in additional costs 4. Pool has been closed since I moved in 5. Common areas are neglected (not cleaned often enough) 6. Damaged baseboards, doors, and blinds upon move in 7. Smelly AC unit - emits a strange ...
odor. 8. Vehicle towed due to my temp tag expiring over the weekend (Saturday) and my car was towed Sunday - the DMV refused to give another til it expired as I'm waiting for an out of state title transfer. The list grows each week I'm here unfortunately. Mind you, I'm a former leasing professional and many of these things are preventable. Maybe my standards are too high for this community, but at bare minimum common sense things matter to most people looking for their next home and would add value if effort was applied appropriately.
