March 17, 2026Overall, Lofton Place is a good place to call home. Maintenance is excellent and the property and surrounding neighborhood feels safe. I just wish our amenities were in consistent working order, such as the pool area. It seems like things are on the up and up now so I’m hopeful things improve in that area. June 13, 2025Our apartment is very quiet and the neighbors are kind. The transportation is convenient and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The employees of the apartment management office also worked hard to fulfill their duties, so civil complaints are quickly processed and clean. I love our apartment.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Experience So Far
April 28, 2025I have had a plethora of issues (all fixable) with clear and effective communication and basic customer service. This isn't the worst apartment I've lived in, but far from the best. The issues I've experienced: 1. Roaches 2. Dirty apartment at move in 3. Delayed move in which resulted in additional costs 4. Pool has been closed since I moved in 5. Common areas are neglected (not cleaned often enough) 6. Damaged baseboards, doors, and blinds upon move in 7. Smelly AC unit - emits a strange ...odor. 8. Vehicle towed due to my temp tag expiring over the weekend (Saturday) and my car was towed Sunday - the DMV refused to give another til it expired as I'm waiting for an out of state title transfer. The list grows each week I'm here unfortunately. Mind you, I'm a former leasing professional and many of these things are preventable. Maybe my standards are too high for this community, but at bare minimum common sense things matter to most people looking for their next home and would add value if effort was applied appropriately.Property Manager Responded

Not only the apartment management department, but also the employees of the maintenance department work as responsibly and hard as my home's work. Our apartment has a great traffic environment. December 13, 2024Our apartment has a clean environment. Traffic is convenient, attention is clean, and all neighbors are kind. The fountain from the wonderful pond is also excellent and spectacular. In addition, the apartment management office staff are kind and deal with any high-rise or problems quickly. This is why I live in this apartment for 15 years.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2024I only have a couple of complaints. 1. It’s very difficult to get a response to emails or phone calls. I have a difficult time ever getting though to the office 2. The trash pick up is so inconsistent and will sometimes go for 2-3 days with out pick up. I understand there are normal days when they do not pick up but adding additional days on top is not ok. 3. Some of the neighbors are excessively loud at inopertune times and there is no way to report it. 4. The amount of time it has taken to ...repair the hole in the gym ceiling is unacceptable. That is an amenity that we pay for and it has been unusable for weeks. 5. Maintenance requests that are not considered emergency take weeks to be addressed. 6. The condition of my son’s bathroom has always been bad and pretty sure there is mold. It I was told upon move in, that everything is “as is” As for the positives, the maintenance staff is always helpful and super polite. I have no complaints on that.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2024When we first moved in we really loved it here. Things have changed and all these new fees that have incorporated with the rent is outrageous. It’s crazy how these apartment complex can raise prices but forget to upgrade or fix old things that’s inside of the apartment.Property Manager Responded
