I decided to wait until I’ve lived here a few months before I wrote my review. Here’s the good: Wendy and Chanelle are phenomenal, hands down. It’s quiet, I have never heard my neighbors (above or beside). The tenant vibe seems to be the same, quiet. Secured parking area that’s gated. Maintenance request are handled immediately. The building is maintained. Now the bad: there’s only 12 washing machines and 16 dryers (I think) . However the app used says how many machines are in use so you don’t ...
wash your time going down to the laundry room.

As a longtime resident, I must compliment Red Rock Realty Group for it's management. The staff has been fantastic! Wendy and her team have been superb, taking care of any and all that comes their way, and doing so with a very courteous and intoxicating friendliness that is genuine and really makes you feel valued as a resident. I could not be happier here and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a gem in the city of Birmingham to call home, to take a good look at Lofts at American Life.

Got ghosted
April 19, 2023
I scheduled an apartment tour, arrived to the address on time, but everything was closed and nobody answered the calls. I've been waiting there for 10 minutes, called one more time, got no response and left. It's very irresponsible of the property management to treat potential tenants this way.
