April 18, 2023I would give this apartment 0 stars if it was possible. Between the crime (car break ins, a shooting that left a puddle of blood beside my car- which they said was a targeted event when in fact it was because a visitor was outside and tried to stop someone from breaking into cars), the homeless people living behind the building, the school traffic blocking the parking lot every morning and afternoon, and the absolutely horrible set up of the building.. I hated every month of living here. Then ...they take over $500 from my deposit due to “replacing the carpet” when the only “damage” was indents from my bed sitting on the carpet.
