I love Lofts at Monroe
February 4, 2025I have been living here at the Lofts for 3 years and i love this place. The staff really cares about the residents and the conditions of the building is great. Mr Tony is willing to fix something and always see him cleaning. Ms Vivian is great she is knowledgeable and she does great events for us. May 15, 2019Lofts at Monroe is one of the best places I have lived in. The staff especially Vivian and the Maintenance man (I don't know how to say his name) is very nice and helpful. Terrible!!!
September 12, 2018With over $28k in debt I never thought I would be told that I make TOO MUCH in a year to qualify for an apartment. After loan payments and bills there's almost nothing left for me! This apartment complex isn't even listed as being income restricted, they need to update their listing or take it down. Bad advertising!Review from Apartments.com
Misleading advertisement - not available until November
May 19, 2018These apartments are NOT available now, even though they advertise as such both here and on their website. As with the other reviewer, I found out that they are not ready for you until November. Deceptive and dishonest advertising makes me question the merits of the management company.Review from Apartments.com

May 16, 2018i called after looking at this website and was very excited only to be very disappointment. the lot has been purchased and the building has begun but you are able to put down an $85.00 app fee and $200.00 security deposit so that in November, yep i said November when they are ready that is when you can move. this is strictly terrible advertisement. truly disappointmentReview from Apartments.com
