Easy as possible

We left a house, not trying to downsize…but we were not left with a choice…I (not we) was running through hoops and loops, trying to figure out the next steps. I’ll tell you what…I’m happy with this choice. Day 1 we’ve made friends and looking forward to making more…Sid, Alfredo (may be spelling it wrong but he said like the pasta), Chris and Mike, has made this experience better than one can imagine…I’ve made a family forever! Cheers to the realism and professional of this team!!

Very deceiving ad. This complex does not yet have many of the listed amenities, and each week a new increasingly disturbing issue from the rushed construction arises. This company is impossible to deal with or get any help or transparency from. Avoid feeling patronized and frustrated on a daily basis and rent somewhere with greater value for this high price point.

The services listed are still unbuilt and unavailable. When they will be available is unclear and once the apartment is sold/leased tenants are treated poorly, especially by management.
