Don’t live here . period.
September 13, 2025I lived here for 5 years. I wouldn't live here if I were you. Car was stolen from underground parking (in addition to being broken into multiple times). the staff Never helped in any way. Packages are stolen always, and it will takes weeks to get things fixed more often then not. I had to have them fix my washer/dryer and disposal over 15 times. The maintenance man told me it should be replaced but they never did. With the exception of maybe Bryanna, the staff here is truly insufferable. Leanne ...is definitely the worst. She defends the fact that there are packages stolen here. She defends the building when my car was broken into. She says it happens everywhere. lol. Not at my new place. oh and they are giving me back only half of my deposit after I did a deep cleaning.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2022I love the building but feel like we don?t get enough communication. Why are certain phone number not posted in an easily available location for us? Why are the amenities restricted? June 15, 2022I can't currently recommend the community because the grounds maintenance has degraded considerably. They do not have enough staff to properly maintain the property so the stairwells, hallways, elevators, garage, etc are often trashy and dirty. Previous management was very good about keep up the grounds but not this one.Property Manager Responded
