Experience the Lofts at Sherman Mills! This peaceful and quiet community in East Falls is only a few minutes away from the city of Philadelphia but is removed from the "hustle and bustle" of city life. Sherman Mills offers a community filled with sunlit lofts for residential living and commercial spaces for a variety of different businesses. This old factory building was refurbished into beautiful spacious lofts filled with charm and character. Many of our premium spaces include large windows with tons of natural sunlight, exposed brick or stone detail, large jacuzzi tubs, walk-in closets, washers and dryers, and kitchens with modern appliances. Sherman Mills is conveniently located near many Philadelphia attractions such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Boat House Row, the picturesque Kelly Drive, The Schuylkill River and the Wissahickon Valley Park. Living at Sherman Mills for over five years has been a lovely experience. Mark and Diane have been amazing, always responsive and caring. The property itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds and a great sense of community. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the dog park and the camaraderie with our neighbors, who have been nothing short of fantastic. It's bittersweet to leave, but we're grateful for the memories we've made here. Thank you, Mark and Diane, for making Sherman Mills feel ...
