Well first of all- the apartment does have mold within the units. They won't do anything about it though. The fire alarms go off constantly in the middle of the night. They will lie to you and say the building is concrete but it's not- because you can hear your next door neighbors TV and your upstairs neighbor throwing things like a WWE match and the leasing office won't do anything about it. there's barely any parking, along with your car getting hit most of the time because of how small the corners are. You can only park from the 4th to 6th floor so imagine all the people living in this complex only parking on 3 floors all together. Their gym has equipment that shakes and people steal items like handles/weights so you're unable to enjoy your workout. The pool is often dirty, they don't have staff clean it- you have to do it as if you're clocked in. This place is a disaster, the only plus side to this is the location being conveniently located above a target/TJ Maxx/LA Fitness.
