  • Inept front office

    The price is overpriced for the unmaintained amenities and the inept front office. Took over a month for the front office to complete my lease renewal. The front office is also hyper focused on ‘updating’ amenities instead of fixing current broken ones.

    The location of Lofts is convenient for me to get to work and the grocery store. I like that it is not on a busy street and has access to Lake Crabtree so I can bike to the trails and run around the lake on my free time. I am an avid cyclist so it was important to me to be near Umstead Park and within biking distance of shops. All of my neighbors are friendly and I have made some great friends while living here. The ladies in the office always say hello and remember my name when I stop by. ...
    Overall I would recommend this place as it has been perfect for my needs and I am absolutely in love with the location and the lake.
