January 22, 2026I have found Logan Lofts to be a wonderful community to live in. The residents are friendly and kind, and it’s the employees who really bring everything together. I am consistently impressed by how quickly maintenance responds to requests, how helpful and outgoing the concierge staff are, and especially how welcoming and wonderful Char Wilkerson in the leasing office is. She is a frequent presence in the community and host of community events. I’ve been a renter for almost 10 years and this ...is hands-down the most welcoming and home-like community I’ve lived in. May 24, 2025Management ignores emails about residents smoking at this non smoking building. Hallways and sometimes apartments reek of marijuana. Nothing is done about it.Property Manager Responded

May 9, 2025Love living here, my apartment is fantastic, the location is great. Building needs 24/7 concierge & key fobs as opposed to the app you need to access the building. It’s inconvenient when your lugging things in or coming home at odd hours to have to fumble with your phone to gain entrance.Property Manager Responded

Love everything about my personal space (with the exception of my toilet screw caps), however, I feel the security, management & maintenance has gone downhill during the time I’ve lived here & hope each improves as they will determine how long I’m willing to live here.Property Manager Responded

Could be SOOOO much better
April 8, 2024I have lived in the residence for over 2 years now and have several comments regarding living at the Logan Lofts. The apartment walls are very thin, neighbors have tendency to file noise complaints even though carpets may be in use and you are abiding by standard living hours. The maintenance team responds fast, however the hot water heater in the building does cause problems with hot water to each apartment. I have had several issues with hot water in my shower and maintenance ensures the ...problem is fixed, but yet it persists. The concierge desk /security in the building is good, however I notice they let just about everyone inside without asking any questions. The package delivery service is the only benefit of this building. Aside from the location and space of the units, there are no other benefits to this apartment complex. In comparison to other apartments in the area, this complex is significantly more expensiveProperty Manager Responded
