Unsatisfactory!!! The unit is old, they slapped paint on it and called it remodeled even going as far as painting the tile in the bathrooms which is peeling, duh.
The front door has a nice air gap, the piping leaked into our kids unit and destroyed his mattress and the leak took weeks to resolve. And the bugs! Ridiculous the amount of bugs. For the price paid, I expect much, much more than this. Do better or drop the price.

Not move-in ready. Cleary did not do a proper inspection prior to my move in including large safety hazards. Broken windows and non functioning smoke detectors. They respond quickly to issues but do not actually fix them in a timely manner or with any kind of quality work.
