    I'm infested with rats and roaches bad!!! The manager knows she just wants the rent!!! They charge me for pest control and never send them over here. I'm wanting to get bite so I sue them . Trust me they are asking for it .

      We changed pest control companies in July and all units have been treated. All units will be treated monthly on a schedule. If you are having additional problems, you may contact the office prior to Thursday and you will be scheduled for an additional treatment. Rodent baits have been set out at the buildings where we are aware of a problem and are proven to be working. If your building continues to have a problem, contact the office and we will ensure that rodent baits are set. Rent is due from everyone on the 1st of the month. We are a small company and rely on your timely payments to ensure that we can continue to provide services.
