Nice upgraded units that even come with a microwave. Grounds are kept well maintained. Seems quiet and comes with a 1 car detached garage. It was a little smaller than I wanted. Cute smaller complex

These apartments are very nicely maintained and clean. I toured the 2 bedroom 2 bath. Rhonda, in the management office, was very helpful and courteous. A little out of my price range at this time, but will definitely come back and consider again in the future.

Do you ever get excited when you find something perfect and just want to tell everyone? My son currently goes to Alta Loma Elementary and we need to be moving next year. The Lomita Court is a perfect place for my family. Quiet complex! My kids love riding their bikes on the Pacific Electric Trail and it's so close. And my husband likes the detached garage. Not alot places out here has a detached garage so that is another plus. Thank you Rhonda for taking the time to hear me out. I appreciate you ...

I actually visited this property and found that it was quite beautiful. The apartments are upgraded and really nice. The fixtures are upgraded to energy efficient lighting and the property landscape is super green. I would have rented the unit but my current landlord made me an offer that I could not refuse so I stayed where I'm at now. If I need to move I would definitely come back to see what is available. The onsite manager, Rhonda that I met with was truly helpful and had a great upbeat ...
