Perfect home!
December 20, 2018Do you ever get excited when you find something perfect and just want to tell everyone? My son currently goes to Alta Loma Elementary and we need to be moving next year. The Lomita Court is a perfect place for my family. Quiet complex! My kids love riding their bikes on the Pacific Electric Trail and it's so close. And my husband likes the detached garage. Not alot places out here has a detached garage so that is another plus. Thank you Rhonda for taking the time to hear me out. I appreciate you ...making me feel comfortable and answering all my questions. Hopefully we'll be making a decision within the next few months. KrisProperty Manager Responded

See for yourself, don't trust coments
September 16, 2016I actually visited this property and found that it was quite beautiful. The apartments are upgraded and really nice. The fixtures are upgraded to energy efficient lighting and the property landscape is super green. I would have rented the unit but my current landlord made me an offer that I could not refuse so I stayed where I'm at now. If I need to move I would definitely come back to see what is available.
