Awful
August 3, 2017My apartment was broken into recently by a young man in the building next to us. He came through my window and took my phone. A police report was done and my phone was eventually found. I was told by the head manager herself that I would have to pay $1,980 (two months rent) in order to break my lease and leave, even though we have three months left before our lease is up. I live with a roommate, she was there when this break in occurred as well. We live alone and feel unsafe. It did NOT matter to ...her. I was told that "it's life" and to lock my doors and windows and "wait it out" until my lease was up. Mind you, the perpetrator still lives on the property since there was no "physical evidence." Before this incident happened, there were similar incidents to ours but not as extreme. There was no letter sent or email typed to the residents to keep us up-to-date. Even after our break in, nothing has been addressed. Your safety does NOT MATTER here, as long as they get their money. DO NOT MOVE HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
