June 26, 2024The price is almost hard to believe for how nice this place is and the care taken be management and staff. Well kept property in a quite area. February 15, 2024Longfellow has been great for my family and I! We fell in love with our spacious home. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The maintenance team is quickly responsive. There are several upgrades happening on the property. My favorite is the brand new pool and the dog park they just added. Overall, I would highly recommend.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful Complex Under New Management
February 15, 2024Under New Management and Ownership. They have really changed the complex for the better. They have all new patio fencing, Luxury Upgraded Units, a New Dog Park (Pet Friendly", New Picnic Areas with BBQ Pits for Family Get Togethers and a New Modern Swimming Pool. They are also ALL BILLS PAID. No Deposits to the City or the Power Company really help us with cost to move in. The Property Manager Mitzi is a nice lady and very helpful made our move-in a breeze.Review from Apartments.com
Good Place to Live but I Miss My W/D
June 25, 2017I rent an upstairs 2/2 here & like it. I rarely hear people next door when they're in their homes but do hear them on the stairs. No in-unit W/D & occasional pests like large tree roaches, gnats, & moths. Maintenance is fast & management is wonderful. Utilities are included in the rent & that is an amazing deal.Property Manager Responded
