My life at Longfellow Arms
May 12, 2023Longfellow Arms has the Best Management Team in Longview . The manager and leasing agent are the sweetest ladies , they go above and beyond to get things done. I’m a single woman living there and I feel safe , property is managed beautifully, and issues I’ve had has been handled quickly. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Longview. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
November 29, 2022I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYBODY! They do not care about your well being. My apartment has been infested with red wasp for the duration of my time being there which has been over a year. They haven’t did anything except call pest control and they haven’t did anything except spray. I know another tenant that moved out recently for that being one of the main problems. They won’t work with you. I tried asking for a unit transfer. Nothing. Don’t do it.Review from Apartments.com
Worst apt ever
September 28, 2020Overpriced for the quality of apt furnishings. Very Overpriced!!! Needs a major upgrade. If you expect to move into a clean apt then look elsewhere. I guarantee noone cleaned that apt after the last tenant moved out!! The gates hardly ever work. The plumbing system sucks. Our toilet stopped up every time it was used. Was charged $28 for drip pans upon leaving even tho ours was spotless because this is a standard fee and everyone gets this charge no matter what. Also was charged a standard $120 ...cleaning fee after we spent all day cleaning it. Besides some minor paint scuffs it was spotless. I'd say if you do live here don't bother with cleaning it because you'll be charged regardless.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Short term lease
December 20, 2018I am on a travel assignment from work in Longview. I have given my travel company their information to send other nurses here. I stumble upon these apartments while down the street. Office staff is great. Maintenance address issues immediately and keep you updated. It's a gated community. It's a safe place to call home away from home. Highway Robbery
October 31, 2018I provided my SIXTY DAY notice, cleaned the apartment, and moved out on time. A few months later, I get a collection notice telling me that I owe two month's rent for an "improper cancellation" and "failure to inform them" of my vacancy. The contract's vague wording and the management's incompetence resulted in years of trouble with disputing the collection.Property Manager Responded

Love living here

More than bad costumer service
August 26, 2017Apartments are comfortable. Community is quiet. Very central. Worse costumer service from the office staff. Never answer back an email or call you back, no matter how many messages you has left. Never give you the carpet cleaning that they promise when you renew the lease. Recommendation for all residents. Contract a carpet cleaning company and keep the receipt before you move out. Complex charge $220 to every resident when you move out. Former resident until July 2017.Property Manager Responded

Price doesn't reflect the apartment
August 24, 2017For a 650sqft apartment was almost the same price as a 740 sqft apartment right down the road. The 740 sqft was also bigger. The jack the price up after your first lease is over BIG TIME almost 100 for me so I moved.Review from Apartments.com
My perfect home!
December 19, 2016While visiting Longfellow Arms for the first time, the cleanliness of the property really attracted me. You could see lush green meadows, without a spot in it; and in the middle of it, stood multiple blocks of building, reminding of the Romanesque castles. It was a sign that management is serious about maintaining the property well, and would be responding adequately for calls regarding house maintenance, if any. The staff is very friendly, and detailed me every aspect of the lease. It is always ...great to have much information as possible about any contract, and the staff really helped me with providing them. The apartment is a good built. I am having a 1 BHK apartment, but is pretty spacious! Electrical connections are working fine, kitchen sink is great,and they do have lots of cabinets in the kitchen. This is a gated community and it adds to the security of the apartment complex. My experience living in this community has been great!
