I've lived here for 20 years. Southampton is a beautiful place to live. It has a small town feel with big town amenities. Big Y grocery and Rite Aid are 5 minutes away. There is a Cumberland Farms 1 minute away (walking), also Paisanos restaurant, Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, and Easthampton is a 7 minute ride with more grocers and restaurants. Also, it's only about a 20 minute ride to Holyoke Mall. The school system is wonderful, I raised 2 children here. The elementary school is also about a minute ...
away (walking), although they do offer a bus which is nice for the winter months. The apartments are a very nice size with a large living room and a lot of room in the kitchen/dining area. There are two large bedrooms with plenty of closet space. There is also a laundromat which is kept nice and clean. The realty company is great and right on top of things. They keep the grounds nice, and are very friendly people. I would absolutely recommend these apartments.
