May 26, 2025Friendly staff and I absolutely love the inside of my apartment. The layout is perfect and the additional storage space is great! It'salso nice having a fullsize washer and dryer. Nasty place
March 21, 2025Please do not move here i lasted 3 days and did not even stay the nights because it was infested in cockroaches probably even bed bugs too but first of all the place was not even cleaned in every cabinet of kitchen i found at least one cockroach even with eggs and the fridge was infested was filled up in every corner with them when i went to tell them just told me pest control would come but i didnt even want the roaches to touch my stuff when i finally got the chance to end my lease they told me ...my check would be sent 30 to 60 days it was past that and i had to call everyday with no answer for them to finally tell me it was never sent please do not trust the assistant manager horrible in her jobProperty Manager Responded

February 10, 2025Loretto heights is a great community to live in you have dsst middle school and high school around you you are very close to Littleton to King Sooper shopping center at Bellevue and at Bear valley also Walmart on Inglewood and Hampton there is parks around here it's a beautiful community to live in I love loretto heights apartments I've always lived down Southwest Denver and I would recommend itProperty Manager Responded

Lots of crime!!
August 16, 2024PRO: The units are beautiful and well maintained! Maintenance is quick to respond and very kind. CONS: Lots of crime, mostly theft. Mailroom lockboxes haven't worked for over a month, so packages are stolen daily. Makes the monthly "package fee" feel pretty ridiculous. Car break-ins happen at least weekly, and recently our neighbor's ENTIRE CAR was stolen. This isn't just people being careless, either-- you'll often see busted windows where someone forced their way in. There's some kind of ...security hired to patrol at night, but they're not actual police and it doesn't seem like they're doing much. No gym access, either.Property Manager Responded

She is clearly passionate about people and her roll at Loretto Heights. We have been here for just over a month now and we love our apartment. Any service requests we've submitted have been resolved promptly. The neighbors and staff are all friendly and it seems to be a safe, family orientated community. The trash can be a concern: animals getting into it and the wind ...blowing it around the doorways. Overall, I would recommend others to living at Loretto Heights.Property Manager Responded
