March 21, 2025Please do not move here i lasted 3 days and did not even stay the nights because it was infested in cockroaches probably even bed bugs too but first of all the place was not even cleaned in every cabinet of kitchen i found at least one cockroach even with eggs and the fridge was infested was filled up in every corner with them when i went to tell them just told me pest control would come but i didnt even want the roaches to touch my stuff when i finally got the chance to end my lease they told me ...my check would be sent 30 to 60 days it was past that and i had to call everyday with no answer for them to finally tell me it was never sent please do not trust the assistant manager horrible in her jobProperty Manager Responded

February 10, 2025Loretto heights is a great community to live in you have dsst middle school and high school around you you are very close to Littleton to King Sooper shopping center at Bellevue and at Bear valley also Walmart on Inglewood and Hampton there is parks around here it's a beautiful community to live in I love loretto heights apartments I've always lived down Southwest Denver and I would recommend itProperty Manager Responded
