Horrible company!
August 21, 2024I originally rented from one company and halfway through my lease, they changed ownership. Everything quickly went downhill, they charged us for many bogus repairs when we left and everything was in great shape and we have photos. They charged me for the door peep hole replacement, due to sun damage. Except $2k in charges when you move out, they did the same to our neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
Liars!! They charge one price online and then change it when you get in
January 16, 2024Don’t rent from here!! I filled out an application online for a unit. Got a quote which was supposed to be good for 2 days. I went in the same day and was told the price was wrong online even though it let me fill out the application and was told the price. Leasing agent was also bad. Didn’t care about anything I said and acted like she just wanted me to leave. There are plenty of other properties in the area that will treat you better. I would look elsewhere. Wonderful staff
February 4, 2021I chose to live at Loretto at Creekside after extensive research and reviews. I’m happy that I chose to live here not only for the convenient location but the compassion this company and staff have shown during the pandemic. They have always been understanding of issues that arise and work with the residents. The staff have been sincere and they also know how to keep us involved as a community by offering treats, raffles and welcoming various food trucks for those of us who are too tired to cook ...some nights. Good place to live
January 27, 2021I moved in almost 3 years ago. I’ve never had an issue living here. If I’ve had a small issue, management take care of it prettt quickly. Decent Apartments
January 26, 2021Staff is helpful most of the time, but can sometimes hear your neighbors & people play bass music in their cars & shine their highbeam lights into your apt at night when your trying to sleep. Other than that, it's usually clean & they for the most part deal with maintenance issues quickly. Wish they had a small outdoor park for kids to play tho, but Texas is know to have pools & skip outdoor amenities for kids to play altogether. January 23, 2021They are TOW happy!!! Parking sucks!!!! As a single parent had to spend extra money to have my own parking spot for security reason. Not to mention shooting occurred 2 months ago at the complex. Been parking there in my spot since I moved in. I buy a new car put the sticker that is required on the window purchase after apartment complex closed so couldn’t let them know and my brand new car was tow!!!!!! Not even 24 hrs I had the car!!!! This is not the first time even had to go and add my mom to ...get extra parking pass in case she needed to watch my child. More money$$$$ Between myself and family members 4 incidence where cars are towed. The tow company guy lives in the apartment complex. So this apartment complex must be getting a cut? Or the guy that lives there is racking in the money!!!! He knows my car and one night new car plates but stink on window my car was towed. Have addressed this and nothing one week to return my call. TRASH dumpster is terrible overflowing I would think with COVID they would have some concerns. Management sucks!! Sure nice and friendly until you sign!!!!!
