February 27, 2026From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby of the club house, I knew this was my home!! The entire vibe and feel of the complex was inviting and friendly, immaculately clean and beautifully designed!! And of course the staff were amazing!! Amber was such a sweet person and so helpful! She talked me through all my options and pricing, answered all my questions and addressed concerns I had about the application process and just made me feel like family!! Upon seeing it in person, we couldn't have been more right. The Lorrel is a stunning property. I was actually overcome with emotion when I realized a beautiful change is possible. Vacation Every Day
November 15, 2023I start my day with a complimentary triple shot Latte at the amenity center. Then I can access the 24 hour fitness center or take my doodle to the fog park. This is resort living just a few minutes from the beach or downtown dining and shopping. It smells like “new” all over. It is a 5 star resort that has every amenity I could imagine. The weekly activities might sound a little awkward but they’re not. The original residents and staff help you make new friends and mingle with other people ...who are also fresh to the beach. The park is a big win. There is Wakeboarding, biking, live music, fishing and running areas.Property Manager Responded

Love the Lorrel!
November 15, 2023Convenient to Routes 31, 90, 9, 17, and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, and Little River. I got an appointment immediately with Samantha and we toured the resort-like community. Beautiful pool, Gym, Community kitchen, Coffee bar, private rooms for working remotely, and barbecues. Not to mention the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Samantha and Cheryl helped make the application process so smooth and within a few days, I became a resident. And I almost forgot to mention, they take dogs and you can ...rent a garage. November 15, 2023When I first moved here and my living arrangements fell through I stopped by on a fluke! Both Samantha and Cheryl were amazing in email conversation and touring. I signed that day! They both made everything as amazingly comfortable and relaxed as possible. Ronnie also was incredible and super responsive. I have zero regrets moving here and have referred a couple people to look here as well.
