January 13, 2023Lived there for a year and moved out last august, while living there they were bought and renamed lory of Savannah and it instantly went downhill. There was already concerns (dips in the floor in 2nd floor units, constant feeling of it being humid in the unit, dark spots in the corners of the rooms which were never investigated, cement on the walkway cracking by the top of the stairs) but when the new management took over it was like they looked for reasons to give fines but never wanted to fix ...the issues in the community whether it be the trash service no one asked for even which never wanted to collect the trash or fix the trash compactors that were accessible, the laundromat is a guessing game on which one’s actually work, there is a flea infestation and nobody picks up after their pets. Moving out was the biggest headache they got my address wrong 3 different times even after spelling it out letter by letter to them multiple times to return the deposit and I even offered to pick it up from the office it took months to get it back.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 21, 2021They lost all my paperwork after I paid my deposit and admin fee. Didn’t want to let me move into my place by the date agreed. One of the Best
March 17, 2019I am currently loving my apartment here. Holly is one of the best Property Manager that I have dealt with. She is understanding and helps to the best ability she can. She also stayed late so she can show me an apartment. This apartment is really cozy, and you can really make it home instead of a temporary place. September 11, 2018I love living here! I fell in love with the model when I first took a tour and applied the same day. My apartment was clean and freshly painted! safe and fun place to live
May 8, 2018Great staff, friendly renters, you college kid will be safe here, so will your middle aged parent or grandparent, extremely dog friendly and very veteran friendly. the maintenance staff are the type you would trust in you home alone, or around your kids or pets, the front office actually will listen to you and respond and they get to know you not just to sign you up but after.Review from Apartments.com

January 9, 2018Don't like how they keep crime and incidents a secret the residents should be aware of what's going on in the community. January 15, 2018Hello, and thank you for sharing your feedback with Moss Pointe. We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had with our community. We would like to follow up with you regarding your feedback, as we feel there may have been some misunderstanding and miscommunication between yourself and our team. During the night of the snowstorm, our community did experience several vehicle break-ins. Our team followed up with all residents affected, and detectives were provided the security footage from that evening. Additionally, our team sent out a property wide notice sharing this information, and advised residents to register their vehicles with the office. We have had extra patrols throughout the neighborhood, and the authorities are handling this issue. No Moss Pointe residents are being implicated. We are very sorry for the upset and inconvenience this incident has caused, and we are working diligently with our residents and the authorities on this matter. Lovely Resident!
May 24, 2017I am a fairly new resident here and the complex is perfect! Always clean both within the unit and outside. The landlords/tenants are nice and friendly, and always willing to help! Hallie and Ashanti are very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions or concerns that you may need answered and they made my move-in process very simple. New Resident
December 15, 2015I am a new resident of Moss Pointe Apartments & this it is amazing. I moved here from North Carolina with my wife and it was definitely a struggle finding a place at first. Once we went to Moss Pointe the staff was so helpful and the property was one of the nicest ones in the area. The leasing agent said they had a renovation completed and you could tell. Our process was a little difficult because we did it from out of state but Ashanti was great with emailing us and letting us know every step of ...the way what was going on.When it was time to move in Hollie walked our apartment with us and gave us great direction on what was in the area around the property. Moss Pointe
September 26, 2015The apartments are very nicely updated and the community seems very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also in a great area, surrounded by a ton of shops and stores and only about 15 minutes from downtown! The only problems I have is that the kitchen is very small and not much workspace and also there is a lot of popcorn texture on the walls.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2015Although this apartment complex is not super elegant it is clean and cared for. For the monthly rent it has been more than adequate. The workers are easy to deal with and it is located within walking/biking distance. I am also close to the school I attend downtown.
