Decent units, poor communication and management
August 8, 2022I have been a happy resident of Los Arcos for two years now. With the new management this will be my final renewal. They decided to replace our roofs in the record heat of August with no notice until the work had already begun. They blocked our parking lot so we were unable to leave the unit for a full day. All our AC units were removed and each apartment was given one window unit which was not sufficiently powered or rated to cool an apartment our size. I have reached out multiple times and am ...unable to get a response on when I will have AC back, although the work was “done” on Friday according to their staff. I’m addition to this I have had incorrect fees added to my ledger for three months running. They have been removed, no explanation, apology, or email response received.
