Very disappointed
July 18, 2023The A/C is always broken and when we called the person on call for the weekend we can’t communicate for the language barrier. They don’t speak English. Very disappointed.Property Manager Responded

Max income tax
January 4, 2023Me and my girlfriend were very excited to tour and had this complex on top of our list. We were extremely disappointed when we showed up and found out they had an income cap of $120k before taxes for both of us combined. The company does this to get a tax break. Sad to say don’t waste your time if you make over the amount.Property Manager Responded

Los Prados Sucks
July 18, 2017The gym and pool have been under construction for two years and every apartment has old appliances that break all the time including the AC unit that dies over and over again. Bad carpeting, and horrible wiring in the walls making for super slow internet speeds. DO NOT MOVE HERE!Review from Apartments.com
POTENTIAL RAPE/MURDER HAZARAD ZONE
May 10, 2017If you want to be kept safe, DO NOT LIVE HERE. My boyfriends neighbor was a victim of an almost RAPE/MURDER incident at Los Prados. In the middle of the night, someone climbed on her balcony. When the leasing office was notified they did nothing stating she needs to bring in a police report. Months later, it happened to another woman-- where she had to jump fleeing for her life from her balcony (2nd or 3rd story) breaking her leg because a man appeared on her balcony as well at 2 in the morning. ...Only reason us neighbors heard of this is because the police and paramedics filled up the entire street waking up everyone in the community. The leasing office never sent out a notification saying beware of this or anything. All they care about is taking your money. A close friend of mine used to work in the leasing office a while back when they had security. But why not now? The amount you pay will not suffice for the amount of safety you need. Not mentioning 20 cars in the development were broken into months ago and months before that. I am more than happy that my bf did not resign his lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015The apartments at Los Prados are newly renovated however a lot of the work was hastily done. That being said, they are clean and anytime we need maintenance work done, someone comes out by the next day. There are a lot of amenities, including 2 pools with nice patio areas, spas, and a fitness center. The fitness center and main pool are supposedly getting renovated soon which is good because the fitness center is extremely outdated and musty.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015Pretty nice apartment community, great location! I have been here for about 2 years now and honestly haven't had any major issues. The only thing I can say is one of the rooms doesn't stay as cool as the rest of the house, and it just sucked that rent went up after the first year.
