August 1, 2025Communication needs to be improved. It is very difficult to get any issues corrected. Most of that is due to the lack of communication from the staff. Communication between staff members is poor. As well as with the tenants.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2025I've been living at The Lost Spur for the past two years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The location is super convenient, the grounds are well-kept, and the community has a quiet, peaceful vibe that I really appreciate. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and professionally—shoutout to the team for being so responsive. The staff in the leasing office have been helpful and friendly every time I’ve needed assistance. What I’ve valued most is the feeling of safety ...and stability here. It’s a clean, comfortable place to live, and I’ve really enjoyed calling it home. April 30, 2025They had a cleaner come in before we moved in, and the cleaner left food in the carpet against the wall, among various other things. We brought it up to the apartments, and they apologized, credited us $150, and sent the cleaner again. The food was still in the carpet... Staff seems eager to help but seems to be slow in action.
